Cooking With Currie

My name is Amanda Mohammed Currie, a Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation (ACF). I stepped foot in my first professional kitchen at 17 and never left.

I work as a line cook in a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I never get tired of the kitchen, often spending my days off playing with ingredients, techniques, and equipment. I love food and every day I take the opportunity to learn.

With the help of my husband, a graphic designer and food critic, I’m here to share the fruits of my labor… Have fun, and as always: ENJOY!!!
